- Shipments are made on the same day, if the purchase is made before 14:00.

- On certain dates such as Christmas long weekends or special promotions (Black Friday), we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise from transport agencies.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula)
- Home delivery in 24-72h with UPS and DHL.
- * Free shipping on orders over €60 (VAT included).
- For purchases under €60, the shipping cost is €5.
Shipments with collection in our store
- Shipping is free.
- You can pick up your order in our store and save the postage. You just have to check this option when indicating the delivery address of your order. That is easy.
- Remember that you have 10 days to collect your order and that you must indicate your order number when picking it up, otherwise they will not be able to deliver it to you.
Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- Standard Shipping 8 to 12 days (possible delays caused by customs are not covered).
- Free shipping on orders over €60 (VAT included).
- For purchases of less than €60, the shipping cost is €5.
Shipments to International destinations (EU, Switzerland and Norway)
- Orders less than 3 Kg the cost of shipping is €10.
- * Free shipping on orders over €200 (VAT included).

- The approximate delivery times in the EU, Switzerland and Norway are normally within 5 days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to return it.
- You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.
- It is very important that you return the product (s) perfectly packed. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns.
- Except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted on already assembled ski equipment.
- The non-acceptance or collection of the package by the customer, will have a penalty of €5 that will be subtracted from the refund of the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses, and we have verified that all the above conditions are met, Sports Gràcia will accept the return of the product and the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made.
Cost of returns
- The cost of a normal return always remain with the customer. To make the return easy, we offer pre-paid labels with certain package couriers.
- Returns within Spain with UPS or DHL cost €5. *
- Returns outside of Spain with UPS or DHL €10. *
- * Only if UPS or DHL has been used as the shipping method, then Sports Gràcia can offer this return method and cost.
- If the return is made using UPS or DHL, the amount of the shipment will be subtracted from the total refund of the return.
Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are at the customer's expense.
How to return a product?
- Email us at [email protected] with the number of the order you want to return.
- If you return the product with UPS or DHL, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that must be attached to the item to be returned.
- Take the return to a UPS or DHL Access Point depending on the company provided. Please try to make the package smaller than 37x26x13 cm and a maximum of 2.5kg. If you are not able to adjust to these measurements / weight, contact us to avoid the price increase in the cost of the return.
How can I return defective or defective products?
- You should always check your package when you receive it. If after receiving the package, you notice that the package is broken, cracked or damaged, you can:
- Accept the package, but make sure you communicate the problem to the delivery person and make a claim.
- You may not accept the delivery.
- In any case, it will be verified by us that the rejection is real, that is, that the product or package was damaged and the delivery charges will not be charged.
- In the event that it is a product defect, contact us in the first 7 calendar daysto resolve the problem. Timely communication of defects is key to obtaining reimbursement.
