A reworked CMEVA midsole trims weight while maintaining maximum underfoot protection, and a lightweight woven textile upper wraps the foot with improved breathability and durability. An internal support chassis, dynamic vamp and plush dual‑sided gusseted tongue work together to lock the foot in securely while allowing the forefoot to expand on long, hot runs.​

Underneath, a full‑length Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5 mm Traction Lugs and revised lug orientation provides enhanced grip on rock, mud and loose gravel. The wider platform, Active Foot Frame and J‑Frame guidance create inherent, moderate stability that still feels natural for neutral runners, making the shoe suitable for technical singletrack, steep climbs and rugged descents. A protective toe bumper rounds out a vegan package that weighs about 256 g with a 5 mm drop and roughly 40 mm heel / 35 mm forefoot stack.​
