HOKA Torrent 4 W - Cielo Blue/Skywar

The HOKA Torrent 4 is built as a nimble, protective trail shoe that prioritises light weight and ground feel without sacrificing cushioning. The redesigned midsole uses a lighter, softer compound with increased stack height, while the foot is cradled in an Active Foot Frame for inherent stability over technical terrain. This balance makes the shoe suitable from quick daily trail runs to longer events where agility and traction matter.​

A breathable single‑layer mesh upper with around 35% recycled polyester keeps airflow high, backed by a hot‑melt support cage, 3D‑printed rand, and moulded puff collar for foothold and protection from rocks and roots. Underfoot, aggressive 5 mm lugs in high‑abrasion rubber have been reshaped and re‑oriented for a stronger bite, with rubber wrapping up the sides of the outsole to boost durability and lateral stability. A lightweight, responsive PROFLY‑style midsole, combined with an early‑stage MetaRocker, delivers a smooth roll‑through and quick toe‑off that stays comfortable deep into a run.​
