The Akasha II trail running shoes by La Sportiva are designed to deliver maximum performance on long distances and demanding mountain terrain. This model targets ultra trail runners seeking an optimal balance of cushioning, protection, and durability.
The injected EVA midsole combined with Cushion Platform™ ensures excellent shock absorption and long-lasting comfort. With a 10 mm drop, they promote a stable and efficient stride. The weight is approximately 310 g per shoe (standard men’s size).
The upper features breathable AirMesh with PU reinforcements and Dynamic ProTechTion™, providing impact protection without restricting movement. The 4 mm Ortholite® insole enhances cushioning and moisture management.
The FriXion® Red dual-compound outsole balances grip and durability. Trail Rocker™ and Impact Brake System™ improve running dynamics and reduce impact forces. 4.5 mm lugs ensure reliable traction on technical terrain.
