The Patagonia Fitz Roy Down Hoody is built for bone-chilling belays and frigid bivies. This packable, midweight belay hoody is designed for fast, cold-weather alpine objectives where moving quickly and carrying less is essential.

Insulation comes from 800-fill-power down, 100% certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), for high loft and serious warmth. Fully baffled construction keeps the down in place and eliminates cold spots. The shell and lining are Pertex® Quantum, 20-denier 100% recycled nylon ripstop with a PFAS-free DWR finish to fend off wind and light precipitation.

The helmet-compatible hood adjusts with a single pull. A two-way zip with internal storm flap gives easy harness access, and the high collar seals out wind. It stuffs into its own pocket, with a clip-in loop to hang it from your harness.
